The Discipline of Geography and Planning within the School of Behavioural,
Cognitive and Social Sciences is currently inviting applications for the
vacancy of Lecturer in Human Geography. The appointee for this role will
teach into the human geography stream in a range of degrees, including one
of Australia's leading urban and regional planning programmes, along with
having the opportunity to make a significant contribution to research in
their field of expertise.
To be successful you will have submitted or hold a PhD in Human Geography,
have an emerging research career that will strengthen UNE’s current profile
and a commitment to continuous course improvement and development. Your
ability to work collaboratively, think creatively, and interact effectively
with students, staff and industry are also essential requirements.
