The Department of Geography and Planning, Macquarie University, is looking to appoint a Level A Post-Doctoral Fellow. This position will work on a research project exploring Urban Governance in North West Sydney.

The successful appointee will be required to undertake policy and literature reviews, undertake fieldwork (interviews), and write policy briefs and academic outputs.

The appointee would ideally have a PhD in geography, urban planning or related discipline. Applicants who have not completed their PhD are also encouraged to apply. Final remuneration will reflect qualifications/experience.

This position is fixed-term from February to December 2016. The position can be either full-time or part-time (to be negotiated with successful applicant).

This position is only open to Australia citizens/permanent residents.
