HI everyone,

This is a heads-up to save the date of Saturday August 12th.  That evening the Geographical Society of NSW (GSNSW) will be holding a gala event in MacLaurin Hall at the University of Sydney, to celebrate both the 90th Anniversary of the founding of the GSNSW and the history, present and future of geography.

The evening will be a spectacular occasion, with a keynote speaker, dinner and entertainment.  It will be accompanied by an curated exhibition at the Fisher Library about geography.  This gala event is a fantastic opportunity for geographers to meet, catch up and celebrate.  Don’t miss out!   We are strongly encouraging all geographers to attend.  Further details about the event and how to purchase tickets will follow, but please save the date:  the evening of Saturday 12th August, 2017.

Thank you.
