RMIT Classification: Trusted

Hi all,

The call is open for RMIT’s generous Vice-Chancellor’s Fellowships. There are three main types:

There is also a targeted stream for Australian Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander applicants.

All positions start 2022. Applicants need to nominate one of RMIT’s Schools and Enabling Capability Platforms (ECP) to work in. They also need to select one of eight focal themes for the scheme, which include Environmental Sustainability and Climate Resilience; Urban Infrastructures; and Social Equality and Justice.

If you are interested in joining the School of Global, Urban and Social Studies (which encompasses the human geography-rich Centre for Urban Research), the Urban Futures ECP, or the Environmental Sustainability and Climate Resilience or Urban Infrastructures themes, please don’t hesitate to get in touch with any questions.

The scheme is highly competitive and targets scholars with interdisciplinary sensibilities – so Australian geographers should do well!

Applications are due 28 September.

Best,

Lauren
